In recent times, at least two people have been raised from the dead. So, it's only fair that we take a look at popular pastors who have been able to achieve these incredible feats.
Here are five popular pastors who have brought people from the dead.
Pastor Adeboye
The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) is the most recent person to have revived a dead person.
According to Premium Times, a dead woman was resurrected with a cloth anointed by the popular Man of God.
The testimony was shared by Pastor Timothy Owoade at the Special Holy Ghost Service of the church for children, teens and young adults on Saturday morning.

Pastor Enoch Adeboye offered a new hope of life to a woman initially confirmed dead.(Daily Post)
The story reads: “During
the March Holy Ghost Service which coincided with Mr. Adeboye’s
birthday, many people had expected him to bless holy oil or
handkerchiefs for the congregation, but he said he had not been directed
by God to do that. Instead, he prayed to anoint clothes people wore
that day, advising that they could be used during difficult cases for
miracles.
“One morning, last
month, a pastor, Timothy Owoade, woke up early to pray with his wife in
the bedroom before joining their children for the larger family prayers.
He recalled that as he prayed there was no response from his wife — not
even the usual ‘Amen.’
“Surprised,
he tapped her and asked if she was okay, but there was no response. He
quickly examined her and noticed she was dead. He raised alarm which
attracted the children and neighbors.
“As
they were taking her to the hospital, he remembered the clothes he wore
to the March Holy Ghost Service, rushed for them to wrap around the
corpse. Amid shouts of praise, he said his wife came back to life before
they got to the hospital, where she was certified okay.”

Last week, news of a dead man who was brought back to life by Bishop David Oyedepo’s prophetic mantle broke the internet.
According to Faith Tabernacle Press & Publicity Unit Facebook Page,
Fidelis had been pronounced dead by four hospitals but his condition
changed as soon as his pastor placed the prophetic mantle around his
neck and poured some anointing oil inside his mouth.
Reverend Father Mbaka
On
Thursday, December 7, 2017, the leader of the Adoration Ministry
brought a dead baby back to life. The dead baby was brought in a box to a
crusade where the cleric laid his hands on the infant.
The laying of hands brought the baby to life to the excitement of the mother and the crowd.

Apostle Johnson Suleman
The General Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries raised a woman from the dead during the ‘Fresh Fire’ crusade after two hours of prayers on Thursday, December 15, 2016.
According to a post on the church’s website, “God
returned her to life because of her good works. The woman was involved
in the distribution of free Bibles to people for years and she has
helped people of various backgrounds at different times.”

as she opened her eyes to life again, the woman announced to the
congregation that she was giving a piece of land owned by her in Ajao
Estate in Lagos for a new branch of Omega Fire Ministries.”
Prophet Anointed Andrew
In 2017, the founder of Christ Freedom Ministries who is popularly called Seer 1, claimed to resurrect a young man.
There
was no evidence just his story of how he raised a dead man who was
brought to him after he gave up the ghost. According to the Prophet, the
man was brought to him by his parents who refused to take him to a
mortuary.

him.
